CHALLENGE

Develop an employee engagement and value awareness campaign to engage and unite a diverse cross section of specialized employees from scientists to executives to manufacturing line staff.

 

APPROACH

Make it personal. Profile the employees who are most passionate about Bayer’s success and share the reasons  to believe in their own words.

 

RESULTS

Interacting with over 200 employees, Bayer Bay Area was able to reposition the company values as beliefs endorsed by the employee community, energize their teams and connect them to work more effectively and productively together. Over 30 employee portraits were captured to create the series.
